Returns Policy
1. If a customer finds any physical damages like scratches & breakages in their orders at the time of Product delivery, Customer can return the product to the seller through delivery person immediately.
2. Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product packaging is not damaged or tampered.
3. After Product delivery Customer has to contact seller for all products related complaints.
4. Customer can contact Pondicherry shopping to get Product Service center numbers and Seller contact details on all working days between 9.00am to 6.30pm
on customer care number or can contact seller directly.
5. If a product is returned on delivery for valid reason, and Seller could not deliver the product with in next 3 working days Buyer can claim for refund. Contact Customer care number 9500450990.
6. In the event the return of a Product is duly accepted by Seller, the value of such Product, as originally paid by Buyer during acceptance of Product, will either be refunded to Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such refund, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made.
