Account & Registration Obligations

All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt-out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.

Pricing

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Payments and Cards

Payment for your products will be taken at the time you place your order. Payments are done via PayUMoney operating on a professional third-party cyber source payment gateway. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to the highest standard and held on the Cyber source Host payment gateway, secure from hackers. Deliveries

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order. At the point of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by sighting either an original id proof to support consignee verification will be required by our courier partners. We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the product you order. Some products are delivered directly by our supplier and the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery. Whilst we make considerable effort to deliver all your products within 24 working hours of the date of your order, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time.

Colours
